Clause 1 - Purpose

Hellojasmin.com is an online site dedicated to the Models’ safety and well-being. We recognize the importance of ensuring that the Website Livejasmin.com should be a secure environment, so that being a Model should be enjoyable, empowering and a safe profession. Our Terms and Conditions reflect our commitment to protecting the integrity and welfare of our Livejasmin Models, as well as fostering transparency and accountability in all our interactions. We invite you to carefully review these terms to understand how we work to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all members of our community.

Clause 2 - The Report Form

The Model is understood as a person providing adult entertainment services for the Website Operator. Subject to the terms and conditions hereunder, the Web Site Operator made a Webpage available for the Models to report any incidents while performing in Livejasmin.com (hereinafter, the “Webpage”). The use of the Webpage is free. The Website operator is a technology provider; therefore, we do not guarantee any sort of result in the claim raised. The parties shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City and the Agreement shall be interpreted under the Laws of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.
